Under his leadership, the Company pivoted to E-Commerce Logistics and became the first company to offer Cash on Delivery Services across Pakistan. BlueEX’s Industry leading processes and technology in the domain of E-Commerce Logistics - including web-based consignment note creation and warehouse management automation, became the de-facto standard and were adopted by countless domestic courier and fulfillment companies.
He directed the Company to a position where UNS has established itself as one of the larger players in domestic online retail market with a share of more than 20% of all online retail deliveries in Pakistan.
